We are having beautiful 70+ degree weather this week, so we are grilling sliders tomorrow for an early dinner on my hubby's day off. I want to make these homemade buns. I was just wondering, do you prefer a mix of whole wheat and white flour, or just one way? Also, can I make the dough today and refrigerate until tomorrow? Thanks so much!

I just have to say that I was visiting Portland last week and was THRILLED to be able to eat at your restaurant because you have gluten free buns! Thank you! Now I just need to find out if Jensen’s Bread and Bakeries ships up to Canada! That was the best gluten free buns I have ever had.

Also, I'll be including your restaurant in a Where To Eat post on my blog in the coming week.

Cheers,
Rosa

Great post! Thank you Joe's burgers for starting to offer a gluten free option! It's quite an undertaking for a restaurant to satisfy gluten free customers, I hear, and all of us are thrilled! Congratulations to Jensen's bakery, you make a great product, we wish you the best!

Do you fry your fries in a separate fryer from your gluten-full fried items, like fish n chips or onion rings?
